Requirements

  • Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems, as well as various software applications and tools.
  • Strong understanding of computer networking protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Ability to analyze complex technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and management.
  • Experience with help desk software, such as Zendesk or ServiceNow.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote desktop sessions.
  • Analyze complex technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including developers, architects, and engineering teams, to resolve technical issues and improve systems and processes.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including knowledge base articles, user guides, and training materials.
  • Participate in on-call rotation, providing after-hours support as needed.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new technologies and processes, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to excellence, innovation, and collaboration in all aspects of the job.
