Cognizant is seeking a skilled professional to join our team, focusing on monitoring, analyzing, and troubleshooting Azure logs, including Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and resolving events and incidents by adhering to established procedures and escalation paths. This role requires proficiency in ticketing systems such as ServiceNow and Jira to efficiently track, manage, and resolve incidents. Additionally, the candidate will proactively identify recurring issues and contribute to problem management, generating reports and insights from log data to support proactive issue identification and resolution. Collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders is essential to improve system performance and reliability, along with documenting troubleshooting steps, best practices, and resolutions for future reference. Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders is crucial to ensure transparency in incident handling.
