Join Our Housing Team as a Support Coordinator (Part-time) Location: Based at our new Bunnyhill office (SR5). Please note that our Support Coordinators operate across the City of Sunderland, so your primary office location may change depending on service needs. Working hours: 18 hours per week, working pattern to be discussed at the interview stage. Due to an upcoming retirement, we can offer a fantastic part-time opportunity within our Housing team. The role of a Support Coordinator is ideal for someone passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives and who understands the challenges faced by social housing providers and their customers. As a Support Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in helping customers sustain their tenancies and live well in their homes. You’ll deliver proactive and responsive support, offering practical advice and life skills that empower individuals to manage their homes independently and confidently. If you’re a team player who thrives on problem-solving and supporting others, we’d love to hear from you. This position is subject is an enhanced DBS which will be arranged and funded by Gentoo. You’ll need to be willing and able to travel across Sunderland to meet the needs of the role. While having a valid driver’s licence is highly desirable, it’s not essential — we just ask that you can reliably fulfil the travel requirements.
