Why This Role Rocks As a key member of our Loss Prevention & Security team, you’ll play an essential part in keeping our Support Center and Paragon II campus safe, secure, and running smoothly. You’ll be the eyes and ears of the property—protecting our people, supporting special events, and ensuring a welcoming, safe environment for all employees and guests. This is an on-site position located at the Support Center in Louisville, Kentucky.

Requirements

• Must be in good standing with all prior law enforcement service
• LEOSA/CCDW certification (current or attainable within 90 days)
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and related tools

Nice To Haves

• Kentucky Law Enforcement Certification preferred
• Active or retired Law Enforcement Officer preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain the overall security of Paragon I & II buildings and parking lots
• Provide security coverage for off‑campus properties and company events
• Monitor security camera systems from the front desk
• Conduct routine property patrols—on foot and by vehicle
• Identify and report potential safety concerns, threats, or suspicious activity
• Support security needs for Support Center functions and gatherings
• Assist the reception team by addressing employee and guest concerns in the lobby
