About The Position
The Support Broker role at Public Partnerships LLC involves working with Medicaid members who self-direct their long-term home care. Support Brokers provide education and support to participants and their representatives, conduct home visits to assess safety and compliance, and help maintain participants in their home settings rather than in facilities. This position requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to manage a busy caseload effectively.
