The Excalibur Group is currently seeking a Support Broker/Case Manager in Washington, DC to support a local contract. This position is onsite work with regular customer-site visits. Will be subject to a background check prior to employment. The Support Broker is responsible for coordinating the daily operation of Medicaid Waiver services, and for promoting personal growth and independence of participants in accordance with state and program regulations, GT Independence Policy and Procedures, and applicable accreditation standards.
