About The Position

SUPPORT ASSOCIATE (SPANISH BILINGUAL) Must be in the St. Cloud area and have a reasonable commute to St. Cloud, MN due to in-office requirements. SCHEDULE: Full-Time, Tuesday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pm CST & every Saturday 7:30am-4:30pm CST COMPENSATION: Starting Pay $21 – $25 per hour. (The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.) Requirements

High School diploma or GED.
Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role.
Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience in a call center or high-volume support environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound calls, phone applications, and electronic credit submissions.
Verify client identities and clearly explains financing terms to build trust and understanding.
Provide real-time technical assistance and troubleshooting for customers navigating application and contract issues.
Deliver exceptional service by resolving account questions, concerns, and disputes promptly and professionally.
Review and confirm loan and contract details to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
