About The Position
As the Support Associate at Neiman Marcus, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of the store, focusing on various receiving functions. This includes managing directs, transfers, deliveries, customer mail returns, merchandise returns to vendors, markdowns, and processing store-directed online order requests. Your responsibilities will extend to managing resources and operational processes to support sales and maximize overall profitability. This position is onsite at the specified location and will report directly to the Sales Support Manager. In this role, you will be expected to complete daily store operations and support tasks under the direction of leads and managers. Your tasks will include handling inbound and outbound merchandise, maintaining inventory control, supporting online sales activity through accurate order fulfillment, and assisting with merchandise price changes. Additionally, you will be required to follow all safety procedures on the dock and in all other work areas to ensure a safe working environment.
