Summary: Maintains, manages daily operations of and administers the hospital’s RTLS and Call Systems. Performs analysis of the daily use and administration of assigned information systems.

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
  • Complexity of Work: Requires critical thinking skills, effective communication skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. May require specialized knowledge of a business line.
  • One (1) year of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provides training, support and troubleshooting to end users.
  • Documents user interface issues and may recommend steps to prevent recurrences.
  • Generates reports as requested, including writing preliminary specifications for system modifications.
  • Assists with the planning, design, development, and installation of assigned systems.
  • Tests and troubleshoots existing and proposed systems.
