Location: Onsite at a large manufacturing facility in Greenville Job Type: Long-Term Contract (Contract-to-Hire possible, not guaranteed) Pay Rate: $35 - $51/hr (Based on Experience) Travel: Up to 30% (planned in advance with limited international travel possible) Work Authorization: U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (no sponsorship) What You’ll Be Doing As a Level 2 MES Support Analyst, you’ll play a key role in deploying, supporting, and improving Manufacturing Execution Systems that connect equipment, data, and plant operations. Responsibilities include: Deploying and supporting Level 2 MES systems for new or upgraded manufacturing equipment Partnering with plant teams to understand equipment operation and production workflows Testing systems prior to launch and supporting them during and after go-live Troubleshooting application, system, data, and integration issues Performing minor application updates, configuration changes, and data or SQL script adjustments Providing IT support and end-user troubleshooting in a manufacturing environment Training local users on system functionality and best practices Supporting multiple manufacturing sites as part of a collaborative MES support team Technology Environment The MES platforms you’ll support are primarily built on: Windows Server and Microsoft environments .NET Framework applications developed in C# User interfaces built in ASP.NET (legacy) or WPF Backend databases including Oracle and PostgreSQL SQL used for querying, troubleshooting, and data validation Networked systems utilizing TCP/IP and Modbus protocols
