About The Position

The Supply Technician position at M1 Support Services involves performing various supply functions in accordance with established guidelines and policies, particularly in an Air Force aircraft maintenance environment. The role requires a strong understanding of supply management principles and the ability to handle inventory and property management tasks effectively.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of three years USAF supply management experience and experience operating a supply warehouse.
• Attainment of an Air Force 5 level (or equivalent) in the associated field is highly desired.
• Working knowledge of principles applying to aircraft systems and maintenance directives is mandatory.
• Knowledge of Air Force supply and efficiency reporting procedures is mandatory.
• Knowledge of the proper handling, use, and disposal of hazardous waste and materials is mandatory.
• Must speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain the security clearance level as mandated by the government customer.
• Must possess a current valid U.S. Driver's License.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a military supply environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform limited aspects of technical supply management work, including inventory management, storage management, cataloging, and property utilization.
• Handle assignments related to stable or standardized segments of technical supply management operations.
• Utilize a good working knowledge of governing supply systems, programs, policies, and work methods.
• Maintain aircraft and support equipment forms and records in accordance with Air Force procedures.
• Assist other personnel and work centers as directed.
