Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Active Secret clearance
• At least 6+ years of experience in DOD supply management

Responsibilities

• Research, data/cost analysis, develop price and availability quotes, purchase orders for navy supply system/materials.
• Create metrics for reporting and tracking.
• Create and manage Material Requirements List (MRL).
• Provide Integrated Logistics Support.
• Verify status of requisitions using Enterprise Resource Planning system (ERP).
• Assemble Technical Documentation Packages (TDP) for Request for Quote (RFQ) from vendor to manufacture material on contracts.
• Provide Integrated Logistics Support by analyze and verify material once it arrived on station to ensure the correct material was received.
• Create picklist for shipping of material, coordinating logistics for accuracy and correct quantity before shipment.
• Providing reports for management data calls.
• Procure Hazardous Materials.
• Audit warehouse locations for accuracy of inventory.
