Must have strong leadership and organizational skills Be able to work in a fast-paced environment Must have a strong working base and knowledge of Global Combat support System-Army (GCSS-A) as or equivalent to the skill set of the MOS 92Y, level 3 or 4 Establish and maintain stock records and other documents such as monthly inventory of sensitive and non-sensitive items, inventory and induct of CL II, VII & IX items from units, prepare shipment documentation, and supply reports. Establish and maintain automated and manual records, posts receipts and turn-ins in GCSS-A, and work closely with units’ deployment and training cycles. Observe, review, verify, and validate Supply Technicians packets, inventory, and packaging of items, along with paperwork for shipments or inventories Assist units with merging or splitting and transferring of property books, cyclic and sensitive item inventories. Funds Verification and Use Authorization requests, and shipping documents/labels. Unloads, unpacks, visually inspects, counts, segregates, and stores incoming CL II, VII & IX from units. Prepares production report based on Data compiled, tabulated and computed, following prescribed formats and governing rules, regulations and policies Ensure equipment and transfers in and out of GCSS-A are correct and accurate in accordance with policies and regulations. Performs monthly inventories of sensitive and non-sensitive items, IAW established procedures.
