The Contractor shall provide supply support/training and training equipment logistics support for the MQ-9 (and similar systems) as follows. The Contractor shall provide assistance to the Chief of Logistics for all tasks and actions related to supply chain management and training. The Contractor shall provide supply chain management and training consultation and assistance to all AFLCMC/WII offices and IPT. The Contractor shall provide training, property management, and spares and Support Equipment (SE) provisioning assistance on all new AFLCMC/WII acquisition efforts. The Contractor shall provide guidance and assistance in the development of Readiness Spares Packages (RSP) by the prime Contractor and in execution of annual RSP reviews with the weapon system contractor and Major Commands (MAJCOM). The Contractor shall provide reviews of training syllabuses, course material, course critiques and training deliverables for government approval. The Contractor shall provide assistance and coordination in determining and placing training aircraft and assets. The Contractor shall provide guidance and assistance in determining training requirements and training locations to support program training facilities and student flow. The Contractor shall provide assistance to the Logistics Branch for provisioning and miscellaneous logistics support. The Contractor shall assist with the management of Government Furnished Property, Memorandums of Agreement, and Memorandums for Record involving the transfer, loan, or recapitalization of government property. The Contractor shall collaborate with all DoD, USAF, and MAJCOM MQ-9 (and similar systems) stakeholders in the acquisition and execution of weapon system supply chain and training capabilities. The Contractor shall provide guidance and assistance in meeting the congressional mandate for Financial Improvement Audit Reporting (FIAR) of all Government property. The Contractor shall serve as the PM for the AFLCMC/WII Property Tracker database. The Contractor shall serve as the lead for logistics health assessment tasks related to supply chain and training. The Contractor shall serve as the AFLCMC/WII transportation accounting code manager. The Contractor shall provide input to UAS system training plans and the training systems requirements analyses. The Contractor shall coordinate organic and depot training requirements. The Contractor shall serve as co-Chair with Air Combat Command training representative on the quarterly training planning team. The Contractor shall recommend and implement Government approved best business practices for supply chain support. The Contractor shall support the Predator Mission Aircrew Training System or successor systems in developing and implementing an effective supply chain strategy.
