About The Position

Supply Technician Key Role: Implement functional support, including effective demonstration and intelligence analysis to increase the clients' satisfaction with target products through internal collaboration with R & D divisions. Apply specific functional knowledge and working or general industry knowledge. Develop or contribute to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Work independently with some guidance. May review or guide activities of more junior employees.

Requirements

• Experience with technical and management support for the receipt and storage of materials and supplies
• Experience utilizing the Defense Property Accounting System ( DPAS ) and c ond ucting semi-annual inventories with Responsible Officers
• Experience c ond ucting Monthly Serialized Inventory
• Experience reviewing documents such as vouchers, purchase requests, work orders, and contract invoices to verify job order numbers against receiving documents and contracts
• Experience identifying supply and warehouse storage problems
• Experience managing supply accounting, maintaining disposal of government property within the appropriate automated systems such as DPAS or Global Combat Support System-Marine Corps ( GCSS-MC )
• Knowledge of providing recommendations or developing alternative solutions to conflicting goals and objectives
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
• Secret clearance
• HS diploma or GED
