About The Position

CGI Federal is seeking a Supply Technician to support FBI/AMU in Quantico, VA. Hourly wage: $39.97 /hr. (non-negotiable) This position is located in 1 Range Road, Quantico VA 22134. Your future duties and responsibilities: . Performs all receiving duties including accepting letters, packages and boxes. Assists with delivery of mail and packages internally as well as to off-site locations as required. Assigns unique tracking numbers for use with delivery. Required to maintain accurate records reflecting receipt and delivery of all items. . Will have had thorough training concerning X-Ray procedures (training available in house) to ensure that all incoming items are safe immediately upon arrival. . Provide assistance in property accountability and inventory management of miscellaneous equipment for the Unit, which includes destruction of equipment. . Performs shipping duties including receiving equipment and mail from sending unit, prepares packages/shipments for FedEx and pallets as required. Maintains daily activity log for shipping department. Maintains sufficient supply stock for performance of duties. . Uses a variety of equipment including motorized vehicle (car, van, SUV), forklift, pallet jack (training will be provided); safe mover, carts, wagons, strapping machines, etc. Operates both trash and metal hydraulic crushers. . Collect, distribute mail and parcels internal and to off-site locations. . Collect confidential trash, maintain a safe, clean work area. . Assists with furniture, safes and equipment moves. . Computer experience with various data bases such as FedEx, UPS, mail tracking systems and data entry.

Requirements

  • Must have relevant work experience in operations, logistics, and/or warehousing.
  • Must hold an active top-secret clearance
  • Due to the nature of the government contracts this position requires US Citizenship.
  • Must be able to pass a CGI background investigation
