About The Position

The Supply Technician, Ammunition Supply Point position at Akima involves performing technical supply management work related to depot and retail ammunition supply activities. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Leadership, instruction, teaching, and mentoring experience.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug test and background screening.
• Ability to receive a favorable TIER-1 investigation result and obtain/maintain a CAC.
• Defense Ammunition Center (DAC) certification in various ammo categories (e.g., Ammo 28, 31, 45, etc.).
• Physical ability to lift 60 pounds and perform tasks such as pushing, pulling, carrying, stooping, bending, squatting, and reaching.

Nice To Haves

• EAGLE Forklift Operators Permit.
• OSHA 10 General Industry certification.
• Valid driver's license.

• Monitor and record work assigned by specific storage area and function.
