About The Position

Responsible for ordering, updating and maintaining supplies in The Toledo Clinic Surgery Center. Works under the supervision of the Director of Business Operations.

Requirements

Previous supply experience required, preferably in a medical setting.
Computer Skills
Ability to count and add/subtract.
Maintain a clean and organized stock area to facilitate ease of supply retrieval.
Consistently arrives at work, in professional attire, on time and completes all tasks within established time frame.
Seeks appropriate tasks when primary tasks are completed and assists co-workers as needed.
Demonstrates adaptability to expanded roles.
Adheres to clinic’s policies and procedures.
HS diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

Maintain inventory control; using relevant supply chain tool
Asist in regular cost audits to help maintain proper pricing within the inventory management system.
Submit purchase orders to vendors
Receive, unpack, and stock supplies.
Clean/dust shelves and floors monthly and document.
Rotate stock, to minimize loss through outdated supplies.
Coordinate the return of products/equipment for credit/repair.
Track all purchase orders for dates of receiving
Match invoices with packing slips
Maintain accurate records for ease of product information retrieval.
Pack and ship supplies/equipment, and document this activity for tracking.
Aid in reviewing proper stock levels and adjusting par level to promote on time ordering of products within the ASC
Assist in quarterly physical count inventories
Coordinate borrowing activities with area hospitals.
Other duties as assigned
