Within this role, you will be responsible for opening and closing the deli-style Canteen within the DE Hospital for the Chronically Ill. From food prep and taking orders to handling the cash register and completing money counts, you'll provide friendly and efficient service to both residents and staff. The food prep ranges from hot/cold breakfast and lunch items to snacks and beverages. This position also includes keeping inventory records, restocking as needed, and maintaining a clean and sanitary environment by disinfecting food prep areas, washing dishes, and routine cleaning tasks.
