Requirements

• Valid Driver's License and ability to provide own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate warehouse activities including ordering products and supplies.
• Maintain daily shipping of supplies to customers in the computer system and schedule daily deliveries.
• Respond to customer inquiries with knowledge of Children's products, supplies, services, policies, and procedures.
• Classify deliveries based on cost, weight, and volume using the shipping matrix.
• Schedule deliveries and equipment pick-ups according to policy and procedures.
• Pull patient supply orders and equipment set-up orders for delivery.
• Load company van for deliveries, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Check route zone daily for equipment exchanges and deliveries.
• Drive company vehicle to distribution center as needed, loading and unloading totes.
• Rotate inventory and check for outdates, assisting with weekly cycle counts.
• Ensure all patient chargeable items are properly labeled and complete credits in the system.
