Your Role at Delta Faucet: Are you passionate about using data to drive strategic Supply Chain decisions? This is an exciting opportunity to join the Delta Faucet Supply Planning team, where you would gain hands-on experience in operations, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration. We are looking for a data-driven problem solver to join a high performing Supply Chain team that has industry leading Service! As a Supply Planning Intern, you will support the team by evaluating inventory availability and identifying root cause actions for service misses. You will work with tolls such as SAP, PowerBI, and Excel with partnering with operations, sales, and customer solutions teams. Your work will contribute to improving inventory management, production planning, and overall service performance. This is a full time May - August 2026 summer internship position located in our Carmel, Indiana headquarters. What You’ll Gain in Your Internship: This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic Supply Chain team. You’ll receive training, mentorship, and exposure to real-world projects that build both technical and professional skills. This position will pay $19 - $21/hour, based on the candidate's skills, experience and education level. Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Marketing, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills and interest in working with data
  • Experience with Excel; familiarity with Power BI or other analytics tools is a plus
  • Ability to work independently with guidance and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to summarize findings and contribute to team discussions
  • Curiosity, willingness to learn, and enthusiasm for solving problems in a dynamic business environment

Responsibilities

  • Create and prepare databases & reports that help manage day-to-day operations and ensure continuity of supply through future changes
  • Collaborate and participate in weekly service related activities with Manufacturing, Sales, and Customer Solutions to ensure service is maintained.
  • Analyze company inventory position based on inbound orders and help adjust levels.
  • Maintain, update, and build PowerBI reports that drive overall supply chain performance.
  • Work with manufacturing and operations teams to understand how demand changes impact production and supply planning.
  • Help identify drivers of variance by analyzing data, researching root causes, and proposing potential improvements
