Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in supply chain planning, production scheduling, or demand/supply management (more for senior positions).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of influencing stakeholders across functions.
• Advanced MS Excel proficiency; knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
• Strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and continuous improvement mindset.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).

• Additional language skills are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Put demand into rolling plan system on time and accurately
• Daily follow up factory production and shipping status
• Responsible for incoming plan and production plan
• Lead to summarize monthly 13+9 forecast
• Responsible for abnormal and overstocks materials control
