About The Position

In the role of Supply Planning Analyst working in Milwaukee, WI you will be part of the Beverage Supply Chain Organization. You will contribute to the supply planning processes and supply chain optimization for Molson Coors. This role adds value creation through design and optimization of the Molson Coors supply network, from supplier through distributor. Finally, you will contribute to the Sales & Operations Planning process which aligns Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance leadership on volume, revenue, and supply plans. This position reports to Process Lead, Beverage Supply Planning and works closely with Supply Planning Analysts, assigned brewery or 3rd party manufacturer, Beverage Service Analysts, Forecasting and Demand Planning Team.

Responsibilities

  • Contributes detailed supply plans to the sales and operations planning (S&OP) process, and other product supply execution processes
  • Assists Senior Supply Planning Analysts in the creation and management of timely and accurate supply chain plans that deliver balanced results related to financial, quality, service, productivity and business growth that delivers MCBC’s annual plan and 3-5 year plan
  • Support MCBC’s Non-Alc and Beyond Beer initiatives in both US and Canada.
  • Identifies and builds collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, primarily inside Integrated Supply Chain and Commercial and Sales Organizations
  • Compile and verify capacity inputs; including the governance of changes
  • Identify sourcing and capital recommendations to address over-capacity situations
  • Prepare routine and ad hoc utilization summaries to be distributed to internal stakeholders
