Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management operations APICS
  • 2+ years experience in supply planning, inventory management, or related
  • Experience with ERP Systesm (i.e. SAP) and supply chain planning software
  • Ability to story tell utilize data

Responsibilities

  • Analyse internal performance metrics and business processes to assess strengths and weaknesses.
  • Develop and maintain strategic plans that outline key initiatives, timelines, and performance metrics.
  • Work closely with various departments, including, planning, finance, operations, and R D, to ensure alignment of strategic execution plans and adhere with business goals.
  • Facilitate meetings to gather input and foster collaboration among stakeholders.
  • Execution and support strategic projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, adjusting as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Follow up on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations.
  • Assess potential risks associated with strategic initiatives and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor external factors that could impact the company's strategic direction and adjust plans accordingly.
