We are seeking a Supply Planner to support a critical Distribution Center (DC) transition initiative. This role will be responsible for coordinating inventory movements from a legacy DC to a new DC while supporting supply and inventory planning efforts. This is an urgent need — candidates must be able to start ASAP and must already be local (no relocation available). This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in North America and Japan. Occasional late afternoon meetings (5–7 PM PST) with Japan-based teams may occur. Flexibility is provided — no overtime expected, and work hours may be adjusted following late meetings. The J30 Program focuses on transforming inbound operations, DC-to-DC transfers, and inventory management processes. The Supply Planner will: Support DC ramp-down and ramp-up execution Coordinate inventory transfers and Stock Transport Orders (STOs) Manage inbound Go-Live readiness activities Support system cutovers and new plant enablement (1081, 1083, 1084, 1085) Track and manage PO diversions and inbound volume across legacy and new plant codes Analyze daily and weekly supply and inventory to identify risks Partner cross-functionally to stabilize post-Go-Live operations Maintain documentation and support knowledge transfer
