Requirements

  • Pursuing a supply chain, operations management or business administration preferred.
  • Project Management skills.
  • Familiarity with supply chain processes such as demand planning, supply planning, procurement, warehousing, order fulfillment, and transportation.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and adapt to sudden changes in the work environment.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently.
  • Excellent verbal, written, people, and diplomacy skills are required.
  • Must be highly motivated, flexible and deadline driven.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong planning and organization skills are required.
  • Strong problem-solving and attention to detail skills are required.
  • The ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with multiple internal customers on projects and presentations.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline process improvements.
  • Take ownership of a project and then assist other team members to support company initiatives.
  • Manage Replenishment policy and parameter setting within ERS/EVO including lead time, minimum order quantities, product segmentation, etc.
  • Work collaboratively to effectively manage Customer Dedicated Inventory and Sales Rep to advise stocking strategies.
  • Process vendor acknowledgements and verify delivery date, cost, quantity, and terms.
  • Follow up with vendors on vendor acknowledgements not received and past due purchase order lines (through exception reporting). Update purchase orders with updated information.
  • Work with operations and accounts payable to resolve receiving discrepancies (OS&D's) and invoice discrepancies (APDs).
