About The Position

The Supply Planner at Campbell Soup Company is responsible for managing the supply position of finished goods across various brands, ensuring that customer service and inventory targets are met. This role involves collaboration with multiple departments to enhance planning and execution, as well as leading commercialization projects. The Supply Planner plays a critical role in monitoring supply risks and developing production plans for contract manufacturing sites.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 1+ years' experience in supply chain
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Advanced Excel.

• 2+ years of experience in supply chain
• Experience in the CPG industry

Responsibilities

• Ensure the supply plan meets product demand and inventory targets for assigned brands.
• Proactively monitor network supply to identify and resolve projected supply risks.
• Conduct root cause analysis for supply issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to implement solutions for identified issues.
• Manage projected product obsolescence effectively.
• Plan long-term production in collaboration with contract manufacturers.
• Serve as the planning point of contact for brand-specific inquiries.
• Participate in monthly supply review meetings with cross-functional partners.
• Conduct scenario planning for new product launches.
• Track key performance indicators such as Case Fill Rate and Inventory Days of Coverage.
• Lead planning for new item commercialization and product transitions.
