Requirements

  • Supply Management experience
  • Experience with SAP and Supply Chain Analytics tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong conflict resolution, negotiation, problem solving, and organizational skills
  • Excellent people, communication and relationship management skills
  • Experience analyzing information to make sound business decisions
  • Ability to travel domestically or internationally up to 25%

Nice To Haves

  • 2 or more years of experience in Supply Management
  • 2 or more years of experience with SAP and Supply Chain Analytics tools
  • Project Management experience
  • Experience participating in a cross-functional team
  • Planning or Logistics experience
  • Inventory Management experience

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned suppliers to monitor and improve quality and delivery performance. Lead initiatives to resolve chronic supplier issues
  • Develop and manage supplier and part inventory plans to mitigate risk while maintaining asset targets. Support the negotiation of supply agreements as needed
  • Proactively manage material flow to support production schedules and variations throughout the product lifecycle
  • Independently analyze supply chain data using established tools and formats to support decision-making and continuous improvement
  • Contribute to process reviews and generate ideas to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in supply management operations
  • Monitor and resolve daily critical and delinquent part issues to ensure timely availability of quality parts for production
  • Partner with internal teams —including Production, Quality, and Engineering —to align supply strategies with business needs
