As a nationwide company, we serve clients across America, offering our signature glass products and services to diverse markets. We’re looking for a detail-oriented Supply Engineer to join our team. In this role, you’ll manage different parts of our glazing projects and ensure everything runs smoothly. Your expertise will be key to delivering high-quality results.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in procurement, supply chain, or engineering support (construction, manufacturing, or related industries).
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
  • Strong organizational skills with experience creating material lists from specifications.
  • Supplier negotiation and international sourcing experience.
  • Confidence working with spreadsheets and procurement systems.
  • English B2/C1
  • Fluent Russian is a must
  • Ability to work in a multitasking environment, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar software for reviewing drawings.
  • Experience with CRM systems for purchasing and inventory management.

Responsibilities

  • Production launch and control ⁠Starting production processes: setting up glass orders, checking hardware availability, and ordering any custom hardware or materials as needed.
  • Inventory planning: forecasting demand, and ensuring warehouses are adequately supplied.
  • Supplier sourcing: identifying and evaluating local/and international suppliers.
  • Negotiating prices, payment terms, and delivery timelines.
  • Ordering consumables for the installation team and warehouse (based on requests).
  • Following up with suppliers on order status and resolving any issues with delivery or pickup to warehouses.
  • Review technical drawings and specifications to create material lists.
  • Check dimensions, finishes, and quality requirements before ordering.
  • ⁠⁠Tracking changes in estimates and documentation.
  • ⁠⁠Ensuring technical documents and component orders are prepared on time for container arrivals.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Project Managers, designers/engineers, and estimators.
  • Support teams with substitutions and change orders.
  • Provide pricing and material information for budgeting.
  • Help the warehouse team verify if parts match drawings.
