About The Position

Provides purchasing and material issuing services to all HCHS Facilities. This includes: Ordering and receiving materials, monitoring prices and stock levels of materials at HCHS. Performing the daily courier run to the outlying clinics. Performing stockroom inventory. Monitoring supplies for expiration dates and purging out-of-date materials. Assists with placing supply and special equipment orders. Will assist with special projects as requested.

Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent desired
  • Must have good written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

Nice To Haves

  • One year of materials management experience preferred
  • Experience in computerized ordering and recording keeping systems preferred
