Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in supply chain or inventory management is a plus
Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare supply environment preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
Ability to operate inventory management software and basic office equipment
Good communication and teamwork skills
Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards in a healthcare setting

Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming medical supplies and equipment
Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock levels regularly
Distribute supplies to various departments in a timely manner
Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as needed to prevent shortages
Ensure proper storage and handling of medical supplies according to safety standards
Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts
Collaborate with hospital staff to meet supply needs and resolve discrepancies
Maintain cleanliness and organization of supply storage areas
