General Nature of Work: Under general supervision of the Assistant Dining Facility and/or Dining Facility Manager, the SICC receives, stores, and issues subsistence. Ensure accountability of all subsistence to include operational rations. Ensures all subsistence is rotated using the rule First In, First Out (FIFO) except for breads when issued to prepare sandwiches, only then the rule is Last In, First Out (LIFO). The SICC ensures the wholesomeness of all edible items.
