At Anheuser-Busch, we believe in learning by doing, and our University Programs are designed to fast-track the careers of future leaders and change-makers. We are looking for curious and ambitious individuals who are open to embracing opportunities in various locations across our company. The Supply Chain Trainee Internship Program is an excellent opportunity for current university students to gain hands-on experience in the supply chain operations of the world's largest brewer. This 10-week internship program is flexible and can be adjusted based on business needs. Interns will have the chance to work on real projects that deliver tangible business results in one of our Sales & Distribution Centers, Breweries, or Corporate Headquarters. Throughout the internship, participants will gain an in-depth understanding of how Anheuser-Busch manages its supply chain from the barley fields to local bars. Interns will own a project that has a real impact on the organization, allowing them to apply their academic knowledge in a practical setting. They will also have the opportunity to engage with senior leaders and participate in development opportunities that enhance their skill set and build long-term career potential through leadership and functional training. Upon successful completion of the project, interns will present their results to the North American Logistics Leadership Team, showcasing their contributions and insights. This internship serves as the first step toward joining our full-time Supply Chain Trainee Program after graduation, ultimately preparing interns for their first role as a front-line manager in one of our Sales & Distribution Centers or Breweries, where they will lead a team of hourly employees.
