About The Position

To receive, store, manage, inventory, copy and distribute all materiel that is processed throughout the Material Management department of El Camino Hospital. This position is assigned primarily to the Distribution Department, however, may be cross-trained in other Materiel Management departments as well.This is an enterprise position. Will be expected, as needed, to accept work assignments across departments or El Camino Hospital campuses (Mountain View and Los Gatos) or locations within a 15-mile radius.

Requirements

  • High school diploma.
  • Minimum 1+ year experience working in a Central Supply Department
  • Minimum 1+ years working with a computerized inventory management system
  • Good interpersonal communication skills. Ability to communicate with individuals of various backgrounds, including physicians and surgical staff.
  • One (1) year experience working in a Central Supply Department.
  • One (1) year working with a computerized inventory management system.
  • Ability to communicate with individuals of various backgrounds, including physicians and surgical staff.
  • Good interpersonal communication skills.
