About The Position

As a Supply Chain Team Lead your role is pivotal in overseeing the complete cycle of sales order creation and monitoring, ensuring strict adherence to protocols and efficient management, including return flows for our Medical Consumables line. Your role: Organizes and oversees the creation and monitoring of sales orders through both manual and automated channels. Ensures adherence to protocols, including managing returns, for comprehensive order coverage and seamless processing from initiation to recognition. Facilitates weekly review meetings between factory and market teams, enabling strategic planning and ensuring alignment on goals and objectives. Provides expert guidance and hands-on support to colleagues, particularly in navigating SAP systems. Identifies and implements standardized approaches and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and excellence. Manages team talent, driving aspects like employee selection, performance, compensation, and career development to ensure effective operational management. Proactively manages exceptional orders to prevent escalations, resolving issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, or Vocational Education in Order Management or equivalent.
  • 4+ years of experience in order management, order fulfillment, or equivalent, or no prior experience required with Bachelor's Degree preferably with knowledge in Supply Chain or equivalent.
  • Ability to successfully perform the minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation.
