The Supply Chain Systems Senior Analyst provides technical expertise in configuring, integrating, and supporting advanced planning systems that enable efficient supply chain operations. Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain System Solutions, this role focuses on maintaining system reliability and scalability while partnering with business teams to translate requirements into effective solutions. The position combines hands-on technical skills with a strong understanding of planning processes to implement enhancements, troubleshoot complex issues, and deliver improvements that support end users and drive operational performance.

Requirements

  • Typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Information Technology, Data Analytics or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years in technical, supply chain, or IT systems roles.
  • Hands-on experience with planning systems (Kinaxis preferred), ERP, and data integration.
  • Proficiency in SQL, data analytics, and system troubleshooting.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to educate business users on technical risks, issues, and opportunities.
  • Experience with technical documentation, configuration templates, and support materials.
  • Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills.

  • Kinaxis Author and/or Administrator Certifications strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee technical setup, integration, and maintenance of planning systems (e.g., Kinaxis).
  • Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of complex system issues.
  • Collaborate with IT and vendors to implement system enhancements and upgrades.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with corporate standards.
  • Manage technical aspects of system implementation projects, including requirements gathering, testing, and deployment.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, configuration templates, and support materials.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions to improve system capabilities.
  • Serve as the technical point of contact for cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Provide technical training and support to end users and team members.
  • Communicate technical risks, issues, and opportunities to the Director and project stakeholders.
  • Monitor adherence to process standards, policies, and compliance requirements (including SOX).
  • Conduct process assessments and recommend future-state improvements.
