The Supply Chain Support Specialist will play a vital role in assisting the supply chain team with the coordination of quote entry and invoice processing with other duties as needed. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the end-to-end procurement process by managing quote entry, sending technical prints/drawings to suppliers, and maintaining accurate records of invoice approvals.
• Serve as a point of contact for vendors to resolve discrepancies related to invoices, payment status, or shipping documentation.
• Conduct high-volume data entry within Supply Chain Management (SCM) systems, ensuring all lead times, pricing, and other supplier information are current.
• Support the development and maintenance of supply chain performance metrics and reports
• Support cross-functional supply chain initiatives and perform other duties as assigned to meet shifting operational demands.
