About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized, task‑focused Supply Chain Supervisor to support fast‑paced operations across multiple downtown Indianapolis facilities. This role partners closely with distribution teams and plays a key part in ensuring efficient procurement, receiving, equipment maintenance, and inventory processes.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
5–7 years of relevant experience; supervisory experience preferred
3+ years in a warehouse or distribution center setting preferred
Valid Indiana driver’s license preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel required
Ability to obtain Material Handling Safety Training certification within 30 days (depending on assignment)
Ability to operate manual and motorized material‑handling equipment (as applicable)
Extended periods of standing; heavy pushing and pulling
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs from floor to waist
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs overhead
Ability to carry up to 25 lbs

Responsibilities

Perform procurement, receiving, stocking, preventative maintenance, and equipment cleaning.
Oversee assigned staff and ensure compliance with departmental standards.
Maintain an organized work environment to support efficient workflows.
Implement countermeasures to address process breakdowns.
Monitor, correct, and process employee time and payroll.
Participate in mentoring, cross‑training, and providing input for performance evaluations.
Analyze and resolve service discrepancies, document concerns, track trends, and produce monthly reports.
Support transportation and freight monitoring.
Promote and ensure safe operations.
Serve as a liaison between employees and management.
Participate in on‑call rotation and weekend coverage as required.
