About The Position

The Supply Chain Supervisor at FCC Environmental Services, LLC is responsible for supervising and coordinating site-level supply chain and procurement activities that support field operations. This role oversees the end-to-end procurement lifecycle—from requisition through receipt and payment—while ensuring inventory accuracy, supplier performance, and compliance with company policies. The position serves as a key liaison between operations, maintenance, vendors, and corporate supply chain leadership. The Supply Chain Supervisor provides day-to-day direction of purchasing and inventory activities, supports plant outages, and ensures materials availability while driving continuous improvement in supply chain processes.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in purchasing, inventory management, or supply chain operations
  • Strong understanding of procurement practices and inventory controls
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
  • Experience with ERP and CMMS systems (SAP, Tabware, or similar)
  • Strong communication and leadership skills

  • Prior supervisory or lead experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Supervises and coordinates execution of field requisitions from purchase order creation through approval, fulfillment, receipt, and verification
  • Oversees compliance with purchasing procedures, controls, and documentation requirements
  • Manages Service Agreements and supplier contracting processes in coordination with corporate procurement and legal teams
  • Establishes and maintains professional relationships with key supplier personnel
  • Leads inventory and warehouse management activities in collaboration with maintenance and operations
  • Monitors purchase orders and escalates delays or issues as needed
  • Maintains accurate procurement and inventory records in ERP and CMMS systems
  • Coordinates supply chain readiness for plant outages
  • Oversees physical inventory counts and discrepancy resolution
  • Reviews materials against vendor invoices and shipping documentation
  • Reports shortages, damages, or defects to plant management
  • Oversees issuance of consumables and updates inventory systems
  • Prepares inventory and supply chain performance reports
  • Provides guidance and direction to supply chain and inventory staff
  • Promotes a positive and professional work environment
