Who You Are You'll perform as a Global Supply Chain, Subcontract Management, Senior What You Will Be Doing You'll be responsible for managing one of Lockheed Martins' Strategic Suppliers/Partners for major system procurements. Manage cradle to grave procurement and supply chain activities. You'll lead multifunctional subcontract management teams. Hold procurement delegation and signs supplier agreements and purchase orders within established authority. Lead the development of subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services for subcontract systems in support of development, production and global sustainment primes with multiple contract types. Prepare bid packages, conduct bidders' conferences, develop evaluation criteria, analyze and evaluate proposals, negotiate subcontract provisions including price, select or recommend subcontractors, write subcontract packages, prepare awards and administer resulting subcontracts and required change activity. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college
  • 5+ years of experience
  • Expereince with FAR & DFAR(S) contracts
  • Experience analyzing production or sustainment requirements in an Systems, Applications and Processes (SAP) procurement system or equivalent purchasing/ERP system, such as Procure to Pay

  • Experience as a mentor or leader with advanced communications skills
  • Experience with sole source FAR 15/12 contracts for major subsystems
  • Distinguished Business Acumen
  • Experience collaborating and communicating cross-functionally, building consensus and shaping/influencing opinion
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Highly organized and experienced in helping to lead a team / or performing as a team lead
  • Intermediate to advanced use of MS Excel
