Who You Are You'll perform as a Global Supply Chain, Subcontract Management, Staff member What You Will Be Doing You'll be responsible for the management of supplier cost, schedule and technical performance on moderate-to-high-risk, modified Commercial Off The Shelf, performance specification and complex build-to-print subcontracts for commercial, DOD and international programs. Lead multifunctional subcontract management teams. You'll hold procurement delegation and signs supplier agreements and purchase orders within established authority. Lead the development of subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services for subcontract systems in support of development, production and global sustainment primes with multiple contract types. You'll also prepares bid packages, conducts bidders' conferences, develops evaluation criteria, analyzes and evaluates proposals, negotiates subcontract provisions including price, selects or recommends subcontractors, writes subcontract packages, prepares awards and administers resulting subcontracts and required change activity. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
  • Experience with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) or Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR), or Department of Defense (DOD) contracts
  • Experience with variety of contract types including; Firm-Fixed Price Contracts Cost type Contracts Time and Material Contracts
  • Leading high stakes negotiations with suppliers
  • Negotiating Terms & Conditions with suppliers
  • Managing complex contracts at a variety of dollar values

Nice To Haves

  • Proficient use of MS Excel and Systems, Applications and Processes (SAP) or equivalent purchasing/ERP system, such as Procure to Pay
  • Works independently and in a collaborative and team-based environment
  • Experience with multi-tasking and managing competing priorities
  • Experience with analyzing complex problems and recommending solutions
