Who You Are Lockheed Martin, Global Supply Chain, Subcontract Administrator What You Will Be Doing You will develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms & conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services for subcontracts in support of development, production and global sustainment for multiple contract types. You'll prepare bid packages, conduct bidders' conferences, develop evaluation criteria, analyzes and evaluates proposals, negotiate subcontract provisions, select or recommend subcontractors, writes subcontract packages for review, prepare awards and administer resulting subcontracts. Negotiate and coordinate additions, deletions, or modifications to subcontracts. Participate with contracts administration and purchasing to develop subcontract policies and procedures. You may sign supplier agreements and purchase orders within established authority. Requirements

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university
  • Experience in supply chain management, procurement, or purchasing
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) or Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR)
  • Experience handling multiple tasks with competing priorities
  • Experienced Communicator; comfortable interfacing with Executive Senior Leadership
  • Experience collaborating effectively across multiple functional areas
  • Experience negotiating "terms and conditions" and pricing
  • Business acumen in order to solve complex problems, as well as, experience making business based decisions
  • Procurement experience within aerospace technologies or similar industry
  • Experience working independently and in a team environment
  • Experience with Systems, Applications and Processes (SAP)
