Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required (supply chain management, logistics, industrial distribution, engineering, business, or other related field)
  • Ten (10) or more years relevant experience, Two (2) or more years leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to the Senior Director, Strategy & Planning, and VP of Supply Chain. Shape enterprise supply chain direction through thought partnership and cross functional alignment.
  • Own the enterprise supply chain strategic roadmap, translating enterprise and business unit objectives into actionable supply chain priorities. Manage strategy performance metrics, monitor progress, and drive improvements. Maintain data stewardship standards to ensure high quality, reliable data for strategic decision making.
  • Influence and collaborate with senior leaders across the organization to drive enterprise strategic priorities. Partner closely with the Supply Chain Program Management Specialist to support execution, value realization, and integrated planning.
  • Lead enterprise value capture and continuous improvement programs, including identifying, sizing, prioritizing, and tracking initiatives that deliver measurable enterprise impact. Oversee value capture reporting for supply chain and MPC corporate leadership.
  • Develop and mentor strategy, continuous improvement, and analytics talent to strengthen enterprise-level capabilities and maintain a high-performing team.
  • Establish and manage supply chain strategy governance, including policies, standards, and decision frameworks.
  • Ensure strong alignment between long range strategy, annual planning, and execution processes.
  • Partner with functional area leaders to appropriately scope, sequence, and prioritize strategic initiatives. Identify and assess supply chain risks, trade offs, and enterprise-level implications.
  • Collaborate with Finance and the Supply Chain Program Management Specialist to ensure benefits are clearly defined, rigorously tracked, and fully realized. Support process standardization and capability uplift efforts aligned with strategic goals.
