About The Position

As the Sr. Subcontract Management you will support both FAR 12 and FAR 15 procurements. You will be responsible for managing supplier cost, schedule and technical performance on moderate-to-high-risk suppliers. Your duties will include procurement delegation, signing supplier agreements and purchase orders within established authority, leading the development of subcontract specifications and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services for subcontract systems in support of development and production. You will analyze and evaluate proposals, negotiate subcontract provisions including price, select or recommend subcontractors, write subcontract packages, prepare awards, and administer resulting subcontracts and required change activity.

Requirements

• SAP experience.
• Aero Industry Experience.
• Experience with FARs / DFARs, and/or T&Cs with demonstrated ability to make decisions with sound business acumen.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's Degree plus 5+ years of supply chain experience.
• Demonstrated experience with Commercial Item Review Board, Commercial Item Determination subcontracts.
• Demonstrated Exceptional Compliance Performance.
• Intermediate level MS Office Proficiency.
• Aero Codes, LMAPs.
• Ability to work flexibly both independently and in team environment.
