About The Position

Responsible for the management of supplier cost, schedule and technical performance on moderate-to-high-risk suppliers. What You Will Be Doing As the Sr. Subcontract Management you will support both FAR 12 and FAR 15 procurements. You will be responsible for: -Procurement delegation, sign supplier agreements and purchase orders within established authority. -Lead the development of subcontract specifications and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services for subcontract systems in support of development, production analyzes and evaluates proposals, negotiates subcontract provisions including price, selects or recommends subcontractors, writes subcontract packages, prepares awards and administers resulting subcontracts and required change activity. Requirements

SAP experience
Aero Industry Experience
Experience with FARs / DFARs, and/or T&Cs with demonstrated ability to make decisions with sound business acumen.

Nice To Haves

Bachelors Degree plus 5+ plus years of supply chain experience
Demonstrated experience with Commercial Item Review Board, Commercial Item Determination subcontracts
Demonstrated Exceptional Compliance Performance
Intermediate level MS Office Proficiency
Aero Codes, LMAPs
-Ability to work flexibly both independently and in team environment.
