About The Position
JD Finish Line is seeking dedicated employees to join our team and enhance customer experiences in our stores. We are committed to developing and promoting internal talent through our Investing in People strategy, which includes a reimagined internship program known as the Corporate Academy. This program is exclusively for internal talent from Retail Stores, the Distribution Center, and Customer Care Call Center teams, providing hands-on experience in various departments such as Merchandising, Marketing, Digital Operations, Supply Chain, and IT. The 10-week program will run from March 3, 2025, to May 9, 2025, and will take place twice a year. Housing will be fully covered for participants, and pay will be adjusted to $13.00 per hour for those currently earning less than this amount. The Corporate Academy offers entry-level corporate positions, cross-functional training, and opportunities for professional development, including informational sessions with executive leadership, networking activities, career coaching, and training sessions from our Learning & Development team.
