About The Position

Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a Supply Chain Specialist - 2nd Shift to join our team on Badger Dr. in Waukesha, WI! The hourly rate for this position is $20.80 per hour + $2.50 per hour shift premium. The core hours are 3 pm - 11 pm. Overtime may exceed these hours and be mandatory at times. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. This position is offering a sign-on bonus of $2,000, paid in two installments, less applicable withholding. Bonus terms: Bonuses are being offered for a limited time only. Applications must be submitted on or after January 1st, 2026 to qualify. Bonuses are only applicable to specific job types and shifts; additional terms and conditions may apply. The Supply Chain Specialist releases and prepares production orders for assembly and fabrication operations. You will maintain and manage SAP master data to ensure that purchased and manufactured parts are supplied properly. You will manage indirect material supplies and purchases as necessary to support manufacturing operations.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum of 1 year of SAP experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working in an Engineered to Order environment
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience with indirect purchasing

Responsibilities

  • Release and prepare production orders for dispatch to the production floor
  • Coordinate the printing, pouching, and delivery of production orders to the production floor
  • Add critical documentation, reference drawings, and SAP reports to production pouches as required
  • Run SAP production order close reports to assist with the generation of standard hours, utilization, and productivity reporting
  • Perform SAP material coding for newly designed components to set procurement codes and ensure that BOMs and production routings are generated accurately
  • Manage indirect material inventories and procure materials as necessary to support production operations
  • Organize production orders for dispatch by work center and release date to ensure alignment with equipment and production priorities
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize machine schedules to ensure efficient utilization of equipment and alignment with production requirements
  • Monitor machine schedule adherence, identify variances, and collaborate with production teams to resolve scheduling conflicts or delays
  • Process, troubleshoot, and print order release failures
  • Support the OPEX department with the procurement of materials used for visual controls on the manufacturing floor
  • Submit service requests and order supplies to maintain equipment used to print production orders
  • Complete expense reports as required and submit them for approval in a timely manner
