About The Position

The National Account Analyst supports national account portfolios through operational execution, inventory management, and data analysis. This role partners with Account Manager(s) to ensure seamless day-to-day operations, customer satisfaction, and account performance optimization while collaborating cross-functionally across purchasing, logistics, quality assurance, and customer-facing teams.

Requirements

  • High School diploma required, College degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management or Hospitality Management preferred.
  • 2-3 years of purchasing experience in a B2B environment
  • Purchasing experience and customer sales/service experience required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • High School diploma required, College degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management or Hospitality Management preferred.
  • Ability and willingness to work 100% on site.

Responsibilities

  • Support assigned Account Manager(s) with day-to-day operations for specific national account portfolios
  • Manage complete inventory lifecycle, including procurement, monitoring, dead/excess inventory, and Limited Time Offer (LTO) products
  • Lead new item introductions from setup through implementation
  • Monitor and report daily out-of-stock situations with proactive resolution
  • Maintain and optimize order guides to ensure accuracy and customer needs
  • Investigate and resolve quality assurance, transportation, and operational issues
  • Monitor and analyze account Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and generate performance reports
  • Collaborating with General Office and Division teams, including National Accounts, Purchasing, Quality Assurance, Logistics, Inventory Control, and Category Management
  • Partner with customer Purchasing Departments, Field Supervisors, and Vendor Sales Representatives
