About The Position

Coordinates or assists with product evaluations recommends product substitutions administers the institutional policy for reprocessing of single use and reusable devices and is a resource for supply chain logistics throughout the Medical Center. Assists with the coordination of approved product evaluations for clinical and operational service lines. Document supply initiative standard work in computer-based tool(s). Expedites product backorders assists with product problems and recalls. Provide support to value management staff. In addition to the above job responsibilities, other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

High School Graduate or equivalent required. Associate’s Degree preferred
3 years relevant experience
None required
Job requires standing for prolonged periods, frequently bending/stooping/traveling, climbing (ladder, steps) and reaching (overhead, extensive, repetitive.
Proficient communicative, auditory and visual skills
Attention to detail and ability to write legibly
Ability to lift/push/pull 50-100 lbs.
May be exposed to, cold and heat.
