The Supply Chain Specialist II, Logistics reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the organization’s Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards. The Supply Chain Spec II, Logistics performs the daily activities of various tasks within the Supply Chain team including inventory ordering and replenishment, receiving, equipment, linen, and mail. Will act as a functional expert in key areas, processes, and/or tasks and will provide advice and assistance regarding those within the department. Works in role to meet and exceed established key process indicators (KPI’s). Participates in the design and development of standard work and processes. Provides input on inventory level analysis, consigned product analysis, cost containment, and process improvement initiatives. Assists with communication as directed within the department related to policies, procedures, MDI and standard work methodologies. Work with clinical staff on communication around product changes. Assists all internal customers regarding supply chain logistic issues and communicates with Supply Chain Leadership regarding findings and resolutions.
